Abstract

Background: The pandemic of  corona virus is still a huge problem the health sector in all over the world, this enhanced response to the community in global to avoid of the plague, by increasing vigilance them selves and the application of the clean and healthy living. This in order to increase stamina and immune system. The purpose of this research is to analyze family encouragement and paramedics in the implementation of the clean and healthy lifestyle during the pandemic covid 19.

Methods: The research methodology  uses survey analytic by adopting cross sectional. Respondents in this research are eighty-one and sampling technique in this research is proportional random sampling. The data is analyzed by using chi square .

Results: The results of the study obtained influence welfare between family encouragement and support health workers in implementing clean and healthy lifestyle patients hypertension during the pandemics covid 19 in bandar lampung with p-value < 0.05 (support family: 0,002 and support health workers: 0,001).

Conclusion: The research is expected be distributed to the public or society that clean and healthy behaviors can be implemented in a family and community in general with a support of government policies. In addition there is a chronic diseases as hypertension and diabetes mellitus.
